National Level CME
Event: Exploring Neural Tube Development, Intricacies of Neural Tube defects & repair

The National Level CME was organized by Department of Anatomy of Rajarajeswari Medical College on the theme “Exploring Neural Tube Development, Intricacies of Neural Tube defects & repair”. On this occasion various competitions were arranged for MBBS & BDS students, 4 students of 1st Year MBBS Phase-1, participated from Sri Chamundeshwari Medical College Hospital & Research Institute, Channaptna.
In Art competition- “Splendid Vibes”– Miss. Shambhavi Saxena drew a painting on ‘Posterior ‘triangle of Neck’.
In Music Competition- “NOVA- Sing to embrace the beginning” -Song composed and sung about the development of embryo in 1st 3 weeks of development. The team who represented our college consists of 3 students:

- Miss. Avani Bhat
- Miss. Disha M
They have bagged the 1st Prize in the competition worth Rs.10,000/-, It was a proud moment for the college to see the students bagging the 1st place among many of the entries from other colleges,
The students were pleased to donate 1/3rd of their prize money (Rs,3000/-) to the first 3 girl children born in Rajarajeswari Hospital after March 8th,2024- a noble deed on occasion of Women’s day.
